When you place an order with our company, you will be assigned a team of highly creative and experienced designers who will handle your project efficiently and complete it in a timely manner. Rest assured, you will receive a highly creative and compelling logo, website, banner, stationery, and/or brochure design for your business.

Design is subjective, and initial concepts are created according to the customer’s brief to begin the project. However, we offer Unlimited Revisions to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
When you place an order with Nexovia Technologies, you may be eligible for a refund depending on the stage of the project:
If no resolution is reached between both parties and a refund is approved, the client may not use any artwork delivered by Nexovia Technologies and will not retain any ownership rights over those designs.
Time is of the essence in business, and we fully understand its importance.
Therefore, we guarantee that the initial design concepts will be presented within 48–72 hours.
All concepts and final approved files are delivered electronically via email.
Nexovia Technologies shall not be responsible for failing to meet deadlines that were not pre-approved in writing by both parties.
Full payment is required at the time of placing the order.
The default color mode used for logo projects is CMYK, unless the client specifies another color mode before the project begins.
If a color mode change is requested after work has started, additional charges may apply.
We primarily use Adobe Illustrator, and the original logo file will be provided in .AI format. Fonts used in the design will be converted into outlines.
Clients will also receive additional file formats including:
AI
JPEG
TIFF
GIF
WMF
FreeHand (where applicable)

Each revision request will be completed and presented within 2 business days.
Once the artwork has been approved, the final files delivered, and full payment has been received, the client becomes the sole owner of the purchased artwork.
All ownership rights and copyrights of the approved design are transferred to the client.

You acknowledge and agree that Nexovia Technologies reserves the right to cancel, reject, or terminate any order or contract under the following circumstances:
If a violation of these Terms and Conditions is detected on the client’s side.
If Nexovia Technologies is unable to complete the client’s order due to unexpected and unavoidable circumstances.
If an order has already been placed and Nexovia Technologies is unable to process it due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
If Nexovia Technologies cancels or terminates a client’s order for any reason other than the client’s breach of these Terms or the company’s inability to perform, a complete refund of the prepaid amount will be provided.
Nexovia Technologies does not design, develop, or promote any material related to:
Pornography
Child sexual abuse material
Nudity intended for adult content
Any other unlawful or prohibited adult content
Any order requesting such content will be cancelled immediately.
